Fall 2017

Salute to Latinas: Professionalism in a Woman's world. 

Each year Delta Tau Lambda Sorority, Inc. hosts its staple event, “Salute to Latinas." Our goal is to enhance the audience’s appreciation of women’s strength and perseverance throughout the past as well as in the present. We honor the accomplishments and strengths of all women and celebrate our history, cultures and diversity with pride.  We also recognize outstanding women in the USF and Tampa Bay Communities, as well as awarding our annual Lydia Cruz and Sandra Maria Ramos $500 scholarship to an outstanding and deserving Latina student. We also have guest speakers, food, and refreshments.

Spring 2017

Murder Mystery Dinner

This event is put on to raise funds for one of our causes, HIV/AIDs. The money is donated to the Francis House, an organization in Tampa who is dedicated to helping those affected by HIV/AIDS. You don't want to miss a night full of drama, death, betrayal, and delicious food. Along with the chance to win various raffle prizes.
